    Very good guide book.The guides to making the recipes were also given making it so easy for a person to follow..The Eco-Atkins diet is a cruelty-free, vegan or vegetarian option to the Atkins diet. It must be noted that the Atkins Company does have a wonderful line of snacks, protein bars, shakes, and prepared foods that are guaranteed to help you adhere to the Atkins plan.
