it was horrible not being able to walk out of my apartment without my heart start racing and my face flushing and feeling like i was going to lose control or pass out with a heart attack. It took me 3 hours to get to The ER that is 5 blocks from my home because every step out of my home was trigerring a panic attack. once i made it to the ER they gave me an ativan and that turned my life around. I can go to work now and know that it won't happen to me again because i have my pills with me just in case. Thank You jesus christ for such a wonderful helpfull pill.. i can live again now
After having this prescribed to me by my dentist, I knew it was very effective. I'd tried various other medications prescribed by my doctor to help me sleep, so I told him I'd like to try Ativans as they had worked so well as a relaxant before a dental extraction. We worked together to come up with a dosage, and he then prescribed the 1mg. As stated before, the one mg. was more than enough at first, so I would cut the tablets in half and for the first couple years this worked just fine. For the past couple years though, I've had to use the 1mg. before bedtime... and will probably have to talk with my doctor soon about going to a stronger dosage as I am noticing lately that it is not working as well as it once did
I have a severe Anxiety. It comes and goes. Sometimes I can control or sometimes I can't. Up to now it has been really bad. So my doctor perscribed me Ativan. Just took it this morning. So far It's helping but sometime if my Anxiety gets far to worse and I take the Ativan sometimes it takes a while for it to calm or slows down.

I took too much Ativan which gave me delusions and super depressive thoughts. Stay away from pharmaceutical drugs.
