It is possible to achieve natural anxiety relief. You may be inspired to seek natural cures to anxiety after hearing one woman’s personal story. Clara Jones was very anxious due to a stressful job, her aging parents’ medical needs, and family responsibilities. Perhaps you can even relate to her personal situation. Despite her high levels of anxiety, Clara did not reach take prescription medications to cure her anxious state. Instead, she decided to use natural remedies that included getting her blood work done, consuming certain vitamins and minerals, making sure that theanine was a part of her diet, getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day, consuming less caffeine, and getting more rest.

First, Clara decided to go to her doctor and get some blood work done. The results of the tests indicated that Clara was deficient in some nutrients. Clara’s doctor explained that the lack of nutrients could trigger feelings of anxiety. With this said, going for the blood work gave Clara motivation to treat her anxiety.

After finding out that lacking certain nutrients triggered her anxiety, Clara decided to take specific vitamins and minerals to treat her feelings of anxiety. In particular, she took B vitamins, including thiamin, B6, B3, B12, and folic acid. It is of note that the B vitamins are known to have a calming effect on people. In addition to the vitamins mentioned, Clara consumed the minerals of magnesium, calcium, selenium, and zinc, as not having enough of these in one’s diet can lead to anxiety. Magnesium is said to aid thiamin and calcium’s ability to work more effectively.

Next, Clara made sure that she consumed theanine as a part of her diet in the quest to treat her anxiety. Theanine is found in green tea, and it is thought to be a natural remedy for anxiety. Given this dynamic, Ms. Jones had a cup of green tea each day, and she also took theanine supplements.

Clara also exercised each day to cure her anxiety in a natural manner. She walked and rode her bike daily; these two exercises are said to release dopamine in the body. Releasing dopamine is said to promote a person’s well-being, and it consequently helps a person to alleviate his or her symptoms of anxiety.

Clara decided to cut back on her intake of caffeine in addition to exercising and taking certain vitamins and minerals. This was critical as cutting back on caffeine is supposed to lessen a person’s anxiety, and Clara used to drink four cups of coffee or more each day. This in turn caused her to feel nervous and jittery.

On a final note, Clara changed around her daily routine to allow for more sleep at night. This is since a lack of sleep is also a cause of anxiety, and getting more sleep enhances a person’s overall health.

In conclusion, Clara Jones is a woman who decided to combat anxiety through natural means. Her story will hopefully inspire you to do the same. She was able to defeat anxiety naturally by getting blood work done, taking certain minerals and vitamins, consuming theanine, exercising 30 minutes or more on a daily basis, drinking less caffeine, and getting more hours of sleep each day.
