    I haven’t been able to find a decent, complete multi with iron that’s not a tablet, capsule or “gummi” except a horrible orange-flavored chewable that barely has any nutrients and an even grosser powder put out by a vitamin store (I couldn’t even choke it down). I finally found this and figured I could squirt the liquid out if needed.

    I’ve managed to swallow them, but they are HUGE (and the casing is rather thick), but they’re still better than my other options so I’ll stick with them for now.

    My favorite multivitamin. I’ve been taking this since college, when my in-progress bio degree helped me find the best one! I genuinely feel better when I’m on it, and only need to take one iron supplement after my period to catch back up otherwise.
    I’ve heard a few people say “well really you should get all the nutrients you need from your diet”. Should is the key word there, I don’t have the time or patience right now to eat all healthy and nutritious all the time! This definitely helps me still get the basics.
